Das ist ein Satz, den ich in der Apotheke jeden Tag höre.
Kunden kommen mit Rezepten, auf denen der Arzt, oft der Hautarzt oder Kinderarzt, Bestandteile einer Rezeptur in der gewünschten Menge verordnet hat. Diese Art von Rezepten gibt es seit jeher in der Apotheke und sie spielen nach wie vor eine große Rolle.
Zuerst werfe ich einen prüfenden Blick auf die Rezeptur. Da geht es zunächst nur um formale Dinge und einen ersten Check, ob alles an der Verordnung klar ist. In der Rezepturabteilung der Apotheke kommt dann eine genauere Prüfung. Vertragen sich die verschriebenen Stoffe miteinander? Stimmen die Konzentrationen? In welche Grundlage, d.h. welche Basis werden sie eingearbeitet? Wie lange ist das Produkt dann haltbar? Muss man Stoffe vorher lösen, erwärmen, schmelzen….? Dann wird mir mitgeteilt, bis wann die Rezeptur fertig ist.
Die Kunden sind oft überrascht, wenn ich einige Stunden Bearbeitungszeit angebe. Aber oft müssen einzelne Bestandteile erst bestellt werden. Oder es sind Rezepturen vorher dringender anzufertigen. In diesem Bereich sollte es keine Eile geben.
Beispielsweise gibt es immer wieder Kinder, die spezielle Rezepturen benötigen. Wenn z.B. ein Neugeborenes einen Herzfehler hat, sind es die Apotheken, die geeignete Medikamente in kleinen Dosen verkapseln. Es gibt akute Neurodermitisschübe, Windeldermatitis (d.h. wunder Po), Handekzeme,…u.v.m. Die Liste ist endlos.
Bei der späteren Abgabe bespreche ich dann noch die Anwendung und die optimale Lagerung der Rezeptur. Meist sind Cremes oder Salben in sogenannte Schraubkruken abgefüllt. Diese sind hygienischer in der Verwendung, da es nur eine kleine Öffnung zur Entnahme gibt.
So, es folgt eine backrezeptur in der Küche der Apofreundin. Ich backe Cantuchini………
