Was soll man sagen: schwupp di wupp ist Ostern!
Die letzten stürmischen Tage haben uns ordentlich den Kopf durchgepustet und es war so richtig April. In der Apotheke waren meine Kunden allergie-und erkältungsgebeutelt zugleich.
Ich habe meine ersten „Pille-danach“- Beratungsgespräche geführt und wieder einmal festgestellt, dass es kaum Fälle wie im Lehrbuch gibt, dafür aber viele Ausnahmen.
Außerdem habe ich mich zum Frühjahr viel mit basischer Kosmetik und basischen Badezusätzen beschäftigt. Mehr dazu in meinem nächsten Beitrag.
Viele meiner Kunden starten nach Ostern ihre Frühjahrskuren. Ob nun Heilfasten, ayurvedische Kuren oder bestimmte Diäten, jeder möchte Ballast abwerfen.
Bei mir steht im Frühjahr immer die Birken-Aktiv-Kur von Weleda auf dem Programm.
Weleda stellt einen Birkenextrakt her, der zusätzlich nur noch etwas Zitronensaft enthält. Die Birke regt die Ausscheidung an und hilft beim Entgiften. Morgens und abends nimmt man einen Esslöffel von dem Birkenextrakt zu sich. Er schmeckt …..na ja, man kann ihn auch in Apfelschorle geben! Ich nehme ihn pur und trinke viel dazu.
Geöffnet hält sich die Flasche nicht lange, deshalb bleibe ich dabei und mache das Ganze vier Wochen lang. Der Birkenextrakt ist in der Regel auch für Birkenallergiker geeignet. Die Blätter werden in einem Luftstrom von Pollen befreit und dann verarbeitet. Ausnahmen gibt es leider immer, das kann ich nicht ausschließen.
Zusätzlich habe ich wieder dreimal pro Woche meine Joggingschuhe an und sause durch die Gegend. Ich habe mir die App Nike Running aufs Handy geladen.
Die App ist kostenlos und begleitet beim Training. Ihr findet sie im App Store. Toll finde ich, dass ich die gelaufenen Kilometer und die Route angezeigt bekomme.
Mache ich zwischendurch Dehnübungen oder fotografiere irgendwas, dann wird das Training automatisch unterbrochen. Ich find´s toll und es stört mich nicht, dass diese Daten bestimmt wieder irgendwo gesammelt werden. Soll doch jeder wissen, wie ungemein fit ich bin!!

Ja, ich habe wirklich einen Hefezopf gebacken! Hefe und ich, das ist so ne Sache. Die Zopfstruktur kann wohl nur ich erahnen, deshalb nenne ich es auch einfach OSTERBROT.
